1. Acceptance of Terms
- By accessing and using MyTripXplorer's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
- We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or have parental consent.
2. Services Description
- MyTripXplorer provides travel booking services including tour packages, hotel reservations, and related travel arrangements.
- We act as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (hotels, airlines, transport companies).
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from respective service providers.
- Package details, itineraries, and inclusions are subject to change based on availability and circumstances beyond our control.
3. Booking & Payment Terms
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified and include applicable taxes.
- A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full or partial payment as per package terms.
- Payment can be made through credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, or other approved methods.
- For customized packages, a minimum advance payment of 25-50% is required at the time of booking.
- Balance payment must be made as per the payment schedule provided in your booking confirmation.
- We reserve the right to cancel bookings if payment is not received by the specified deadline.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be made in writing via email to support@mytripxplorer.com.
- Cancellation charges apply as per the timeline before departure:
- •15+ days before: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
- •8-14 days before: 25% cancellation charge
- •4-7 days before: 50% cancellation charge
- •Less than 4 days or no-show: 100% cancellation charge (no refund)
- Certain packages may have different cancellation policies as mentioned in booking details.
- Refunds will be processed within 10-15 working days to the original payment method.
- Peak season bookings (Dec 20 - Jan 10, Apr 1 - Jun 30) may have stricter cancellation policies.
5. Modifications & Changes
- Requests for changes to bookings must be made at least 7 days before departure.
- Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- We cannot guarantee accommodation of change requests but will make reasonable efforts.
- Price differences due to changes will be charged/refunded accordingly.
- Date changes are treated as cancellation and rebooking with applicable charges.
6. Travel Documents & Requirements
- It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure all travel documents are valid and in order.
- This includes passports (valid for at least 6 months), visas, permits, and health certificates.
- We are not responsible for any issues arising from invalid or missing travel documents.
- Travelers must comply with all customs, immigration, and health regulations of destinations visited.
- We recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance for all trips.
7. Liability & Disclaimers
- MyTripXplorer acts as an agent and is not liable for actions, omissions, or defaults of service providers.
- We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes by airlines, hotels, or other suppliers.
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, pandemics) are beyond our control.
- We are not liable for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during travel.
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the booking.
- We do not guarantee accuracy of third-party information including supplier details and destination information.
- Travel involves inherent risks and you assume these risks by choosing to travel.
8. User Conduct & Restrictions
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information during booking.
- You must not use our services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
- You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account information.
- Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior towards staff or other travelers is prohibited.
- You must respect local laws, customs, and regulations of destinations visited.
- We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate bookings for violation of these terms.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
- All content on this website including text, images, logos, and software is owned by MyTripXplorer or licensed to us.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
- Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
- We encourage resolving disputes amicably through our customer support team before pursuing legal action.
