Cancellation charges are calculated based on the tour cost excluding service charges, taxes, and payment gateway fees. The timeline is calculated from the date we receive your written cancellation request.
How to Cancel Your Booking

Receive Confirmation
Our team will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and confirm cancellation
Refund Processing
Eligible refund amount will be processed within 10-15 working days
Refund Credited
Amount will be credited back to your original payment method

Exceptions and special cases
Peak Season Bookings
Bookings made for peak season (Dec 20 - Jan 10, Apr 1 - Jun 30) may have stricter cancellation policies. Please check your booking confirmation for specific terms.
Force Majeure Events
In case of natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or other force majeure events, special cancellation terms may apply. We will work with you to find the best solution.
Travel Insurance
If you've purchased travel insurance, you may be eligible for additional coverage on cancellations. Contact your insurance provider for claim details.

Date Changes
- Treated as cancellation and rebooking with applicable charges
- Subject to availability of new dates
- Price differences will apply based on new date rates
Hotel/Room Changes
- Subject to availability and price difference
- Must be requested at least 7 days before departure
- Upgrade charges or downgrade refunds will apply
Traveler Name Changes
- Minor corrections free of charge
- Complete name changes may not be possible for air tickets
- ID proof of new traveler required
Important Information
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to support@mytripxplorer.com
- Cancellation charges are calculated from the date of receipt of cancellation request
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method only
- Bank processing time may take additional 3-5 working days after we initiate the refund
- Service charges, convenience fees, and payment gateway charges are non-refundable
- Some packages may have different cancellation policies as mentioned in booking confirmation
- Group bookings may have different cancellation terms
- Partial cancellations (reducing number of travelers) follow the same charge structure
